1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sh999 ("sh999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sh999.bio and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of sh999 or any affiliated company, software provider, or payment processor connected to the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the sh999 Platform or had an account closed for violations of this Agreement.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the sh999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes. sh999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify sh999 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

sh999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sh999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sh999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. sh999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit conditions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal conditions:

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on sh999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

General betting conditions include:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where sh999 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• sh999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that were clearly erroneous (i.e., materially different from the true market price at the time of placement).

• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to complete, settlement rules specific to that sport type will apply as published on the Platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sh999 offers various promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after satisfying the stated wagering requirement, may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.

• Where sh999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus hunting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — sh999 reserves the right to void bonus-related winnings and close the account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sh999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between sh999 and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using sh999 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin. sh999 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reports suspicious activity as required by law.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain undue advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sh999 Platform — including but not limited to the sh999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of sh999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

sh999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform lawfully and in compliance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sh999 holds its international gaming licence.
